Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and unwashed
- Item is in original condition and packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@devistextiles.com with your order details and reason for return
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address shared by our support team
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- The product will be inspected for approval
- You will be notified of the refund status
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability
- To request an exchange, initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
