Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unused and unwashed
  • Item is in original condition and packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@devistextiles.com with your order details and reason for return
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to the address shared by our support team

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • The product will be inspected for approval
  • You will be notified of the refund status
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability
  • To request an exchange, initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
