1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at devistextiles2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
